What do you love most about being part of Crestone?
I was very fortunate to find such a great company at a young age. Crestone's investment philosophy and process has led to me traveling the world searching for the best investment managers for our clients. This experience over the last decade has exposed me to fascinating places, people, and investment opportunities. Not to mention our flexible mandate has allowed me to focus on complex and intellectually stimulating alternative investment asset classes, including hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, distressed debt, and real assets.
On a professional level, what are your biggest accomplishments?
I think learning the skills it takes to successfully manage and mentor a team of investment professionals is my biggest accomplishment. It's so rewarding to see the team grow and develop their own investment abilities and professional networks.
What do you love to do outside of work?
In my free time, I love to stay active – especially taking advantage of the outdoor recreation opportunities near Boulder. I have been skiing and snowboarding for most of my life, and more recently added mountain biking to the mix.
