As executive director of marketing and shareholder of Crestone Capital, Patience manages the firm’s brand positioning, marketing strategy, and outreach programs to build Crestone’s presence and reputation in target markets. She is responsible for the implementation of the Crestone brand, defining an integrated mix of marketing tactics and ensuring key messages are consistently presented. Patience is an experienced brand strategist, proven at innovating and leveraging marketing to drive business results and scale.

Prior to joining Crestone, Patience was the director of marketing at B3 Insight, where she drove the execution of the start-up’s marketing plan and helped the company achieve broad market leadership recognition. Patience has also had her own marketing consultancy business, working with a variety of start-ups on building and expanding critical areas of their companies’ strategic marketing framework. She previously served as the account manager for Além International Management, an experiential marketer, creator, and producer of special events around the globe, and the corporate brand manager for Vail Resorts, Inc. hospitality division.

Patience received her Bachelor of Arts in marketing, with a double minor in psychology and art, from the University of Denver, where she was a four-year starter and captain of their division I lacrosse team.

What do you love to do outside of work?
I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons adventuring with our dogs, Jack and Frisco. I have a passion for a world of challenge and endurance that I have found in the mountains of Colorado. I love to backcountry ski and trail run, and take on new challenges.
