Kramer Company, which was founded in 1991. Crestone has 40 employees and a select group of clients, who are primarily ultra-high-net-worth families. We serve our clients by providing institutional quality investment management and personalized wealth advisory services, including financial planning, tax and estate and philanthropic planning. Job Description

Crestone seeks intern candidates for part-time employment who will assist the Marketing & Communications Team with visual design needs (digital and print), and also support day-to-day projects related to Crestone's branding, communications, and events initiatives. The position requires a minimum of 16-20 hours per week during the school year, Monday through Friday between 8:00am - 6:00pm, and up to 40 hours per week during the summer. The expected time commitment is at least one year. Compensation is $12/hr. Interns will receive new associate orientation, on‐the‐job training, periodic evaluations, and an exit interview at the end of the internship. Interns will support and be supervised by our Marketing & Communications team. Candidates must be detail‐oriented and passionate about design work.


Role Responsibilities

  •  Create marketing materials and graphics that support the Crestone brand
  •  Assist with event planning and execution
  •  Provide administrative support with ongoing marketing projects (including list management and data entry)
  •  Complete additional projects as needed in a precise and timely manner


Competencies Required

  •  Strong graphic design capabilities
  •  Strong data visualization skills
  •  Strong attention to detail
  •  Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  •  Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  •  Must possess a creative eye for design and visual communications
  •  Excellent organizational skills
  •  Distinguished academic performance (cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher)
  •  Will need to show examples of design work
