What do you love to do outside of work?
I love to travel, do CrossFit gymnastics, hike, and chase my two young sons down the ski slopes. Both of my boys are on the Eldora Mountain Ski Team, and in the winter you can find me cheering them on as they race. I grew up in Vermont Nordic (cross-country) ski racing, and since moving to Colorado in 2018, I have competed in two biathlons (skate-style Nordic skiing combined with riflery marksmanship).
What is your favorite book or what’s the most influential book you’ve read?
Barbarian Days: A Surfing Life by the New Yorker writer William Finnegan. His memoir about growing up in Hawaii and southern California on his surfboard was hard to put down.
If you weren’t working at Crestone in wealth management, what would you be doing?
Traveling around the world with my camera.
