As an executive director of business intelligence, Dave is responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions to enable the firm to work more efficiently and enhance client services. In this role, he manages strategic and tactical execution of firmwide business intelligence tools and applications.

Prior to joining Crestone, Dave was a client success manager at IHS Markit, is a world leader in critical information, analytics and expertise to forge solutions for the major industries and markets that drive economies worldwide. Before moving to Boulder, he led front office technology initiatives at number of large mutual fund companies and independent asset managers, in Boston and New York.   

Dave received his Bachelor of Business Administration in management information systems from the Sellinger School of Business and Management at Loyola University, Maryland.  

Apart from Crestone, Dave is a member of the F2 Strategy WealthTech Executive Forum and the Aite-Novarica CIO/CTO Research Council. Dave lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife, a professional triathlete, and two yellow labs.

What do you love most about being part of Crestone?
I really enjoy being surrounded by highly motivated, smart, and hard-working people. I am inspired to come to work every day.
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
Carrying a single digit golf handicap index, finishing the Boston Marathon in 3 hours and 17 minutes, and finishing Ironman Lake Placid in 11 hours and 27 minutes.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I am avid golfer and love that we can play year-round here in Boulder. In addition to playing golf, I love to swim, bike, and run. I also enjoy hiking with my wife and our dogs on any one of the amazing trails in and around Boulder.
