As a senior associate of business intelligence, Hayley assists the firm with CRM platforms, software integrations, and technology implementation.

Prior to joining Crestone, Hayley worked for Governor-elect Jared Polis, assisting in case work and constituent affairs while he was a congressman. She also served as a research fellow for a grassroots organization in Washington, D.C., where she conducted research for press and political departments, and compiled target donor research.

Hayley received her Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Colorado Boulder.

What do you love most about being part of Crestone?
The best part about working at Crestone is getting to work in a fast paced and innovative environment. I love working around such driven and exceptional people every day. I don’t think you will find a lot of financial offices that are as energetic as this one.
What do you love to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy soaking in Colorado. I especially love hiking and camping in the mountains, and skiing in the winter.
What is the most influential book you’ve read?
The most influential book I have read is Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear by Elizabeth Gilbert.
