As an executive director of investment research and shareholder of Crestone Capital, Lindsay is responsible for sourcing and diligence of new investment opportunities, as well as ongoing investment monitoring. Lindsay has over a decade of investment experience. She focuses primarily on alternative investment strategies including hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, real estate, and private credit funds.

From 2007 to 2012, Lindsay served as Crestone’s real estate asset manager and was responsible for managing all aspects of Crestone’s direct real estate portfolio. During her tenure, Crestone’s direct real estate portfolio was comprised of one-half million square feet of office, flex, and mixed-use properties in Colorado. In 2012, Lindsay formally transitioned to Crestone’s investment research team and became a generalist investor, covering all asset classes. Lindsay relocated from San Francisco, CA in 2021 and now leads Crestone’s Austin, Texas office.

Lindsay received her Master of Science and Bachelor of Science, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is a CFA® charterholder.

Lindsay serves on the Crestone Investment Committee and Risk Committee.

Apart from Crestone, Lindsay serves as a Limited Partner Advisory Committee member or observer for multiple funds. She is a member of both CFA® Institute and CFA® Society Austin.

What quality of yours makes you best suited to do what you do?
I am intellectually curious and am not shy about asking a lot of questions.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I love to travel, learning about different cultures and economies. My favorite trip to date was to Sri Lanka.
