As an executive director, chief of staff, and shareholder of Crestone Capital, Lise leads the firm’s efforts around cross-functional goals and achievements. In addition, she ensures effective activity within the firm based on priorities of the CEO and coordinates execution of strategic initiatives.

Her principal responsibilities include partnering with senior leaders throughout the firm to build and maintain a high functioning team, acting as a thought partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, and supporting external stakeholder relationships including Crestone’s board of advisors. Lise also oversees Crestone’s business development team.

During her tenure at Crestone, Lise has held various positions throughout the firm. Prior to joining Crestone, Lise worked as an EMT for the Allegany County Fire Department in conjunction with her studies at Houghton College.

Lise received her Bachelor of Arts in business from Houghton College, where she graduated cum laude. Lise is a candidate for MBA degrees from the Executive MBA Americas program at the Queen’s University Smith School of Business and the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. She holds certifications in the Predictive Index and Korn Ferry Leadership Architecture.

Lise lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with her three children and 12-year-old Samoyed.
