As the President of Crestone Capital, Matt Wiles leads the day-to-day strategic management and operations of the firm, and is responsible for the firm’s growth, team, and culture. In his role, he serves as a trusted advisor to a select group of entrepreneurs and business owners by providing the best personalized solutions to meet clients’ financial and personal objectives. Additionally, Matt serves on Crestone’s Executive Leadership Team and Investment Committee. 
 
During his tenure at Crestone, Matt began his career on the Client Advisory team, where he was promoted to Director of Client Advisory, forging enduring relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, ensuring their wealth was nurtured and preserved by providing customized solutions and bespoke investment opportunities. Matt’s trailblazing leadership culminated in a promotion to Chief Operating Officer, a role that exemplifies his profound influence and leadership within the firm.
 
As an industry veteran, Matt spent his career prior to Crestone building his financial acumen at Mount Yale Capital Group in Denver, Colorado and Unicom Capital, LLC, a Denver-based hedge fund, where he gained invaluable insights into the complexities of financial markets.
 
Beyond his role at Crestone, Matt's leadership extends to the esteemed University of Colorado Investment Policy Committee, focused on the institution's investment strategies and fostering financial prosperity. Matt is a member of YPO Colorado and YPO International, engaging with a global community of leaders, forging connections, and exploring innovation and inspiration.
 
Matt's unwavering pursuit of knowledge and excellence led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, where his intellectual curiosity and drive laid the foundation for his career.
