As an Administrative Assistant, Nicole assists in greeting clients and guests, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, maintaining and enhancing an organized office, and other duties and projects as needed.

Prior to joining Crestone, Nicole was an Assistant Manager in retail and customer service, where she was responsible for leading a customer focused, top sales driven, and profitable store location. She ensured the execution of the store’s KPI’s, while driving efficiency in all operational store processes, and coordinated with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Management, with an emphasis in Law, from the University of Arizona.

I love the culture at Crestone. Everyone on the team is incredibly supportive of one another and recognizes each other’s hard work. It’s a very collaborative and passionate environment and I am so grateful to be a part of this wonderful team!
WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT PERSONALLY?
I am very passionate about animal welfare, with a strong personal interest and commitment in aiding wildlife and biodiversity conservation issues.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORK?
Outside of work, I really enjoy spending time outdoors and exploring everything Colorado has to offer. I also enjoy hiking, volleyball, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
