Administrative Assistant, Business Administration
As an administrative assistant, Nicole assists in greeting clients and guests, scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, maintaining and enhancing an organized office, and other duties and projects as needed.
Prior to joining Crestone, Nicole was an assistant manager in retail and customer service, where she was responsible for leading a customer focused, top sales driven, and profitable store location. She ensured the execution of the store’s KPI’s, while driving efficiency in all operational store processes, and coordinated with the leadership team to improve the overall customer experience.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in public policy and management, with an emphasis in law, from the University of Arizona. Nicole is licensed as a notary public.
