Manager of Business Initiatives

Sarah Dunbar

As Manager of Business Initiatives, Sarah is responsible for the oversight and organization of the office, general administrative functions and administrative staff.  

Sarah provides leadership in implementing daily operating procedures. Her primary responsibilities include coordinating administrative resources, managing front desk operations, assisting with human resource responsibilities and company-wide initiatives.  

Prior to joining Crestone in 2016, Sarah worked as an Executive Assistant for the Finance and Operations team at Romax Technology, an engineering consultancy, between 2014 and 2016.  Before that, she worked as a Portfolio Delivery Consultant with companies such as RSA Insurance, QBE Insurance, The Prudential, UBS, Santander, and Reuters.

Sarah received her advanced diploma in recreation management and business administration from South Bank Institute in Brisbane, Australia. She has her Prince2 Certification in program and project methodology and her PPSO Certification in program and project support office, both from the United Kingdom.

On a professional level, what are your biggest accomplishments?
Working in financial services in Europe, Australia and America on large scale programs of industry change and improvement.
What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
Completing the Nice Ironman competition.
What do you love to do outside of work?
Hike, run, open water swimming and making the most of Colorado's great outdoors.
