Scott Freeman

As an Analyst of Investment Research, Scott assists with an array of investment research services for Crestone Clients, ranging from broad macroeconomic research to fund-level valuation analysis.

Prior to joining Crestone in 2019, Scott was a Fixed Income (S&T) Summer Analyst at Jefferies in New York, New York. Before Jefferies, Scott interned with Grove Park Capital, a boutique private equity firm located in Cincinnati, Ohio. 

Scott received his Bachelor of Specialized Studies, with a concentration in Finance, Data Analytics and East Asian Studies, from Ohio University.  He was a member of Ohio University’s Equity and Derivatives Investment Groups.

Scott has earned CFA Level I and is a CFA Level II candidate.

What are you passionate about personally?
Traveling; experiencing and seeing different parts of the world puts day-to-day life into perspective.
What do you love to do outside of work?
I enjoy coding and learning how to utilize technology to make life simpler.
What do you enjoy most about wealth management?
The parallel of actively working with clients and conducting intellectually engaging market and portfolio analysis.
