Yan-David (Yanda) Erlich is the COO & CRO at Weights & Biases, the developer-first MLOps Platform. He was previously a General Partner at Coatue, focused on the early stage venture capital practice (Seed through Series B) and the enterprise software investing practice.

Prior to Coatue, Yanda was a 4-time venture-backed Founder/CEO. Most recently, he founded Parsable, the Connected Worker platform for industrial teams. Parsable counts leading Global Fortune 500 industrials as customers and is backed by top-tier Silicon Valley VCs. Mr. Erlich also founded ChoiceVendor, a B2B services marketplace which was acquired by LinkedIn in 2010. He was also the founder & CEO of Mogad and of Happiness Engines.

Yanda has also been an active early-stage investor and advisor and is among the earliest backers of Mixer Labs (acquired by Twitter), Thumbtack, MasterClass, CircleUp, ApartmentList, and Buddybuild (acquired by Apple). He also helped start Mucker Lab, a venture accelerator in Santa Monica, and has been an EIR at Matrix Partners, Trinity Ventures, and Battery Ventures.

Yan-David started his career with software engineering and product management roles at both Google and Microsoft. He has a Bachelor of Science in both Computer Science and Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rice University (Phi Beta Kappa) and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business where he was an Arjay Millar Scholar. Dave Phillips was born and raised in Vancouver as one of three boys in his family. He was involved in athletics for his entire life including professional skiing. Dave competed in various sports at a national level, and at an international level in snow skiing as a member of Canada’s National Freestyle Snow Ski Team. He enjoyed several top ten performances in World Cup Competition during his time on the national team. After retiring from active competition, Dave coached at various levels including the National Team during their Olympic debut in Calgary.  He is currently an internationally ranked slalom water skier and has represented Canada in competitions in the United States, Europe, and South America.

He has been a professional ski show performer and stunt man for movies, commercials, and TV programs. Dave and his wife, Kathy (Kreiner) – 1976 Olympic Gold Medallist, operate programs for athletes and business people that focus on overcoming psychological barriers to achieve peak performance.

Dave achieved a Guinness World Duration Record in 1986, where he and partner Gerry O’Neill snow skied for 83 hours and 17 minutes to break the World record. In 1994, he and partner Ralph Hildebrand, broke another Guinness World Record for Water-Ski Duration both skiing 1337.46 miles in 57 hours. It was at this event that Dave stared into the question of 'What is the purpose of my life?' 

Dave is the recipient of the Bronze medal for Bravery from the Royal Canadian Humane Association for involvement in a life saving effort.

Kim Lear is a writer, researcher, and founder of Inlay Insights. She is known for skillfully weaving eye-opening statistics, insightful stories, and relevant case studies to make presentations come alive. Previously, Kim was the content director at BridgeWorks, a research firm dedicated to generational and millennial trends. Seth Singerman is the president and managing principal of Singerman Real Estate, LLC (“SRE”), an opportunistic real estate investment firm that has deep experience executing complex transactions and unlocking embedded value through the ownership of properties, real estate loans, and operating companies. SRE focuses on maximizing risk-adjusted returns through investments in both debt and equity across all major asset classes, including office, retail, hotel, and multifamily, in addition to secondary real estate asset classes such as student housing and senior housing. Singerman has led and sourced direct investments in properties and performing and nonperforming loans with value in excess of $2.0 billion across all major real estate asset classes. Prior to forming SRE, Singerman was managing director and the youngest partner in the history of GEM Realty Capital. During his tenure, the GEM’s assets under management grew from $30 million to over $1.5 billion.
