Brad, an Investment Strategist with over 20 years of experience, is the SVP and Director of Market Strategy at Fred Alger & Co. He has a BBA in Finance from Emory University, and a background in top-down macroeconomic analysis, bottom-up fundamental research, and stock picking. 

Brad has made several appearances in the media; a few of them include in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNN, and The Washington Post. He has six publications: Solomon’s Paradox, The Powerful Gale of Innovation, and Looking Outside for Better Decisions to name a few. Brad is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees for Jay Heritage Center.

Evan is the Head of Public Markets at Lead Edge Capital, a firm that invests in growth stage software, internet, and consumer businesses. Prior to working at Lead Edge Capital, Evan was an Associate at ValueAct Capital, Hellman & Friedman, and Bain & Company. Evan received his BA in Mathematics and Economics from Williams College, where he founded the Eph Business Association.

As Founder and CEO of The Bail Project, Robin aims to transform the pretrial system in the United States in order to fight against mass incarceration. Robin was a public defender for over 35 years, where she represented thousands of people from low-income, over-policed neighborhoods. In addition to The Bail Project, Robin founded The Bronx Defenders, The Bronx Freedom Fund, and She Still Rises. 

Robin has written several publications in journals such as Yale Law & Policy Review and NYU Review of Law & Social Change, and chapters in Decarcerating America and How Can You Represent Those People? Robin has spoken at TED and has taught at several esteemed law schools including Harvard Law School and UCLA School of Law.

Ira is the Founder and Managing Partner of DBL Partners, a firm with a “Double Bottom Line” investment strategy. Ira is a well-respected leader in the industry; he previously had a large role with the NVCA and is currently the President of the WAVC and Co-Chairman of VCNetwork. Ira has been named one of the “Top 50 Most Influential Men Under 45” and is a part of the International Green Industry Hall of Fame.

He is the Founder and Chairman of the World Energy Innovation Forum, has served on several energy innovation industry boards, and is very involved at Stanford University, where he received his JD/MBA. Additionally, Ira has a BA from the University of California – Los Angeles.  

Randall is the current Chief Content Officer of Forbes Media and an Editor of Forbes Magazine. He previously worked for Forbes in the 90’s, taking a break to focus on his own endeavors. During this break, Randall co-founded P.O.V. Magazine and launched Doubledown Media. In addition to his previous period at Forbes, Randall wrote restaurant reviews for several magazines and was even a National Magazine Award finalist.

Josh is a Co-Founder of Lux Capital, a firm focused on investing in emerging science and technology ventures. He and his team discover ambitious solutions to complex problems, and believe these ideas are the ones that will lead to a brighter future. 

In addition to his role at Lux Capital, Josh serves as a Director at Shapeways, Lux Research, CTRL-labs, Variant, and more. Josh is multifaceted; he is a Founding Investor and Board Member of Kymeta, a Westinghouse semi-finalist, and a columnist with Forbes – the list goes on. Josh graduated with a BS in Economics and Finance from Cornell University.
